The American Bar Association Journal has named the top 25 best legal show on television.

A panel of 12 experts, or jury if you will, who write or teach about law and pop culture were questioned on their ideas of the best. The panel avoided daytime courtroom shows and reality TV.

L.A. Law received the number one nod. Other notable mentions are Perry Mason, Night Court and the current hit starring Glenn Close, Damages.
