Michael Jackson's doctor will be fighting to keep his medical license at his latest court hearing.
Dr. Conrad Murray is due in court Monday for a pretrial hearing, a large part of which likely will deal with a motion from the attorney general's office to suspend Murray's medical license in California.
Murray's lawyer has mounted a spirited defense, saying Murray doesn't practice in the state and must be able to work to pay for his trial defense.
Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor is expected to rule on the issue and set a date for a preliminary hearing.
Murray has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the death of the 50-year-old pop legend.
